Returns

All returns must be made within 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of the receipt of your item from Online Alien Shop.

When returning a product please also contact us by email at orders@onlinealienshop.com and include the following information:

    Your Full name
    Order number
    Name of the product you are returning
    Reason for return

Returned parcels that go missing and are not received by us cannot be refunded. For this reason we recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items to us.

If you are returning an item which is not damaged refunds will only be issued if the returned item arrives with us in the same condition as it was sent out and is still sealed.

 

Missing deliveries

Our courier defines a domestic package as lost when it has not been received after 15 working days have elapsed since its dispatch. International packages will be considered lost after 28 working days have elapsed since dispatch.

If your order has not turned up after this time please contact us at orders@onlinealienshop.com

International packages can sometimes be delayed by customs, and can take longer than usual to be delivered. Also check your local Post Office, as packages can often also be held there.


Undeliverable orders

If your parcel is returned to us due to being undeliverable, you will be contacted for an alternative postage address. We will resend the package to this new address but you are required to pay the extra delivery charge for re-postage. We can only repost orders once.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been returned to us we will not be able to refund the shipping costs.

 

Changing Orders

If you realise you have made an error with your shipping address please contact us immediately at orders@onlinealienshop.com . If the order has not yet been packed, we can adjust delivery address. We cannot re-route the package once it's been posted and en route.

We cannot make changes to the contents of an order once it has been shipped.


Defective

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period you can return the product to us. We will try to fix it for you or, if that isn’t possible, replace the item. If you want to return a damaged or defective product to us.

If the damage to the product is covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service.


Refund Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Order Process

Once an order is complete, Online Shop Alien and the customer will receive an Order Confirmation.  All shipping is done on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Delivery: We ship out our orders 2-3 times a week. Estimated arrival depends on your country, mostly within 2 days-2 weeks.

Europe

Package Track and Trace

Customers in Europe have the option to track their package and follow it untill it arrives at the destination. We have found this option rarely used because  most orders arrive after or within 1 weeks time. When we ship your package it will get a barcode, which is scanned several times through out its travel. We can give you this code and a web adress for you to track it on. If you want this option request it in "Notice to Us" when making your order.

Priority

If you choose priority for shipment option your package should arrive after or within one week time counting from the day we sent out your package in Europe. We only offer Priority for orders in Europe to ensure fast delivery,for customers outside europe we offer also Priority Shipping (2 days-2 weeks) and Priority Express which is the fastest possible shipment method. Express shipments get Priority above everything else in the land of destination.

Priority shipments for Europe will take between 2-6 days for the packages to arrive. From May 1 2004 Europe is expanding and we will also send Priority Europe to: Estonia,Hongary,Latvian, Lithuania,Poland,Slovenia,Slovakia and Tsjechië. It will take 5-7 days for packages to arrive in these new European country's.

Priority Express shipments will get handled faster than regular Priority shipments.

Outside Europe Priority Express

This is the fastest shipping option we can offer non-european customers. This option costs a litte extra but shipments get handled faster then normal priority shipments. Full Priority all the way. We recommand this option for the fastest possible delivery when ordering abroad.

 

Weight: Maximum weight of 20 kg per order is allowed for outside europe. Maximum weight of 30 kg per order inside europe.
